Is it really so hard for people to stay on their own side?

What is the point of owning your own property if all people around you do is cross it whenever they want to? And what can you do to make it stop?

The easy solution, the one most homeowners turn to, is building a fence. The kind that would ensure your property stays private, and no unwanted people can cross over to your side. It's the best way to keep trespassers out while also not creating chaos around the neighborhood and in your own home.

That being said, if your neighbor beats you to the punch and builds their own fence before you do, you have to make sure they don't "accidentally" cross over to your side or cause any damage to your property while they build that separation. All they need is a little leisure, and they would do whatever they please. So someone must keep them in check.

The neighbor below, for example, was kept unchecked for too long, and the damage they caused in the meantime crossed many lines, including the property line. As they were "building their fence", they threw cement into the bottom of their neighbors' well, cut down trees that were in the way, and left holes, dirt, and equipment everywhere. They didn't seem to care about the damage they were causing, and they didn't seem to care that the end result would look good. They simply caused chaos and left others to deal with the rest.

At some point, the neighbors next door knew they had to put a stop to this nonsense and started confronting them about all the illegal damage they were causing. It's time they face the consequences of their actions, even if it means taking the matter to court…
